How quickly do you ship?
Our formal policy is that we dispatch orders within 2 business days, but typically orders are packaged and shipped within 1 day. During checkout you can select your preferred speed of shipping service.
Do you ship internationally?
We do now ship internationally to most countries, with the help of a third-party global shipping program! You should be able to check out normally.
What is your return/refund policy?
We do not accept returns except in the case of damaged or defective orders. We also consider refunds or replacements for orders lost in transit. More details on our policy can be found here.
Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?
We're opening up a brick-and-mortar store serving the Lisle/Naperville area this winter, aiming for December! You can follow our progress updates on our socials.
Do you accept donations?
We happily accept books that are in very good condition. If you are in the Chicago suburban area and would like to donate some books, please contact us at hello@noblecapybara.com.
Do you buy books?
We do buy books on a case-by-case basis, though we are picky about what we buy! If you'd like us to consider buying your books, please contact us and include your location as well as quantity and general overview of the books you're offering.
